Day 3:
For breakfast yesterday I ate two pieces of Big Sky bread (toasted) with Kate’s butter and a hard boiled egg!
Lunch was the leftover pesto rice from Day 2.
And for dinner Ryan made tofu sandwiches similar to these!
Day 4:
Oi, this morning Ryan prepared me the most delicious egg sandwich! We’ve not been to the Farmer’s Market in a couple of weeks because Ryan’s been working Saturday mornings, and we both work Wednesday mornings, so we’re pretty low on veggies. Don’t worry, though, that’ll be remedied tomorrow and you’ll see more varied meals!
For lunch he made me rice with Sunja’s kimchi, and a salad with Olivia’s greens! Yummy!
