We went thrifting the other day spur of the moment.
Ryan, Chelsea + I happened to be out of town near one of our favourite thrift stores, so we popped in to spend some time sifting through their shelves. All three of us came home with some great stuff, but strangely enough, everything I found was yellow! I didn’t realize that I was so drawn to the colour before this trip, but apparently I am…interesting.
Here’s what we brought home!
My parents have these same kitchen canisters, but in brown. It’s so strange that I grew up with these things and never gave them a second thought, but now when I see them in thrift stores I want them! It’s the same thing as the melmac cup set that my parents had. I didn’t realize how lovely they were until it was too late and they’d already given them away. Oh, well, makes my thrifting adventures all the more exciting when I do find pieces like these!
