Ingredients
What you will need for a dinner for two:
1/2 of a Cucumber
1 Avocado
3 Sheets of Nori
Salt to taste
1 Cup sushi rice
2 Tbs rice vinegar
2 tsp sugar
Sushi rolling mat
Rice maker (optional)
Sharp knife
Cutting board
Spoon
Small bowl

Step 1: Wash rice thoroughly then cook.

Step 2: Measure vinegar into a small bowl.

Step 3: Add sugar to the vinegar.

Step 4: Add a dash of salt and stir until everything is dissolved.

Step 5: Slice half of the cucumber and remove the seeds (Salt and eat these immediately! Yum!)

Step 6: Remove pit then slice the avocado.

Step 7: Pour the vinegar mixture into the rice and stir.

Step 8: Lay one sheet of nori on the rolling mat then spread rice over it.

Step 9: Lay veggies together on top of the rice.

Step 10: Wet fingertips with water then dab to dampen the top edge of the nori.

Step 11: Roll the sushi mat away from you pulling the bottom of the mat forward as you go.

Step 12: Slice your sushi roll and repeat steps 8-12 to make two more rolls.

Step 13: Serve with soy sauce and wasabi. Enjoy!
