1/2 of a Cucumber
3 Sheets of Nori
Salt to taste

Step 2: Measure vinegar into a small bowl.
Step 3: Add sugar to the vinegar.
Step 4: Add a dash of salt and stir until everything is dissolved.
Step 5: Slice half of the cucumber and remove the seeds (Salt and eat these immediately! Yum!)
Step 6: Remove pit then slice the avocado.
Step 7: Pour the vinegar mixture into the rice and stir.
Step 8: Lay one sheet of nori on the rolling mat then spread rice over it.
Step 9: Lay veggies together on top of the rice.
Step 10: Wet fingertips with water then dab to dampen the top edge of the nori.
Step 11: Roll the sushi mat away from you pulling the bottom of the mat forward as you go.
Step 12: Slice your sushi roll and repeat steps 8-12 to make two more rolls.
Step 13: Serve with soy sauce and wasabi. Enjoy!
